User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsService: I bought my car at another BMW because Fields prices are inflated! I bring my car to Fields for Service and found out that if I need a loaner car during the service appointment, since I did not by it from them, I have to pay for the rental myself. Not the BMW experience I expected, and most of the mechanics have been everything but friendly. No problem getting an appointment

WORST EXPERIENCE: I brought my car in to have it repaired for almost 900.00. When I got it back, it was still making noises. I brought it back in to have them then tell me it was going to be another 1200.00. I thought I was paying a premium at an authorized dealer to have them get it right the first time. There were no apologies. I was a loyal BMW owner until I moved to Orlando. I am purchasing a new car and it will not be a BMW due to the fact I would have to take it to this service department.
