    This coffee is so delicious and i would reccomend anyone to go there. I love mostly there caucino best i have ever had. I also think there customer service is excellent. every time i coem to florida i pass by this store cause it is so awesome.

    We were served tiramisu that was dry and obviously not fresh. I confronted the manager and asked for a refund. They refused. I did get a new piece of tiramisu that was fresh. At $4.50/piece - fresh should be a standard. We were also refused a coffee refill. Please don't pass off old deserts on us tourists! Poor management.
