I just want to report an incident that occurred to me and my family. We went out to eat on Saturday 3/14/09, our family came up to Orlando to visit. They wanted to eat Chinese food so we decided to try a new place, Dragon Court Orlando, located in 12384 S. Apopka Vinlando Rd Orlando, FL 32836 (it was Buffet hours). I've experienced the worst customer service ever. As we all order our drinks, I decided to have water. The water was not good so throughout me eating I took a couple of sips from my wife's soft drink. As she notices there was a camera by the window and she commented on it, hmmm... weird they have a camera theyâre probably watching everybody to see what people are eating and how much of it. Well minutes after she said that, the lady (Manager) Iâm assuming, approached me and said to me; do you like the drink? I tell her "actually the water is bad " she answers " want to buy a bottle of water " then I answer her " no, that's ok I'll just share the drink with my wife " well when that happened she stated very rudely "This is a buffet and if she gets 10 refills then is because we're sharing the drink, you have to buy your own! ", and kept on giving examples about stuff that didn't make since to me. I asked her oh! didn't think sharing a drink with my wife will be a crime, I said I'm sorry, is this your policy?" She went on saying how you have to have your own drink or else and on .. and on... but never answer me if that was the restaurants policy!?. By this time my appetite was completely gone and because I had family members didn't want to make a scene. So I said mam if it bothers you go ahead and bring me a drink then. This was of course not approached nicely, it was so rude! and in the middle of me eating lunch with the family, she was very loud. Over a drink! (sips for that matter) I was so disgusted with that place, because in her mind she thought I was a tourist, I paid the bill and addressed the lady that I was not a tourist and that I was an Orlando residence. Told her how poor her customer service and how rude she was, will never step foot in that place and will let everyone I know of it. It is so sad for a restaurant to do this, especially if you make a scene this bad and loudly over a drink. Iâm so shocked and disgusted by this place and her actions, most of all because they have a camera and theyâre watching everyone eat and how much so they can give you a hard time. In these bad times with the economy, that people think twice about eating out and you experience this, is just wrong! Is just too sad, but is bad in her part because is bad business. Honestly will never recommend this place to anybody. If you can post this in the news paper or make a story out of it, even check out the place. You will be amazed of how bad it is.

This place was HORRIBLE, almost as grotesque as the hotel review I had to write. This is NOT a SUPER BUFFET, the availability of food was fairly scarce and this was more like an average quantity buffet. The sushi was poorly done and dry, but worst of all was the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had the WORST waitress in the world, she never refilled our drinks and the only time she came over to take our plates was right out from under my child while they were consuming food from it, we almost ended in blows. The OWNER IS THE WORST because my children are larger she wanted us to pay full price for them both, she expected me to pay FULL PRICE FOR MY NOT EVEN 2 YEAR OLD!!! She said my other child was large so there for she ate too much and would need to pay an adult price, after she already told us that children were 6.50 and the baby was free. She argued with us, screamed and yelled at the waitress in front of everyone.. this place is the worst, you are better to take your money elsewhere.
There are so many other buffets down the street and who actually offer coupons, not to mention all the ones up on I-Drive.
If you go here, good luck, people are so rude and will push and shove you out of the way when they actually serve food.
If you have a big family your better off at Coral, Ponderosa, Ci Ci's or something that is used to people being "to rawg to rawg".. that was supposed to be her english version of "too large".
I've never been so angry in my life, to insult someones children and family, who are CUSTOMERS.. DISGUSTING!! I still feel my veins boil with fury over this place.
Horrible service when calling for delivery: On July 7,2006 called for delivery and woman who answered was very rude. She took order and told me to just pick it up myself. I said excuse me and she said "come pick it up yourself. It will take about an hour for delivery." I told her that was fine and that I didn't need it til 9:00 anyway. She told me again "pick it up yourself." I told her I didn't have a car to come and pick it up that is why I needed delivery. She still fought with me about coming to get it myself. I called back to speak to a manager and she said he wasn't in. I told her I wanted to cancel the order because she was so rude and I wanted to speak to someone over her. The lady said that she didn't care and hung up the phone. I had ordered from there the night before and everything was wonderful but now I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Thats because she WAS the owner and if she wasn't then she is now, read my review of the latest. Isn't great to be treated like a human? *lol*, this is so sad to read after the review below, but obviously something has changed in the past 2 years.
