One of the most frustrating experiences: I stop at this location about 3 times a week.
I always order double/ham/egg/cheese BISQUIT and a large diet coke, sometimes with cini-mini's.
Sometimes they give me coke (not diet). Always they give me crescent, not bisquit. I prefer the bisquit. I stopped ordering the bisquit, since I don't get it anyway, and I hate to be disappointed every day. This way I always know what's in the bag. Today, I ordered the same thing, but with Cini-Mini's I stopped ordering those, they frequently forget to put the icing in the bag.....however, I tried it today. I checked the bag for the icing, it was there, took a sip of the diet coke, it was diet....surprised, but thankful, I left. Lo and behold, when I got down the street, the double/ham/egg/cheese was an egg w/cheese, no ham, and certainly not a double. I paid full price! I have to bet this store makes a big profit by leaving items out of the bag and/or charging for larger items, putting in smaller items. I am going to take another hiatus from Burger King for awhile, I can not afford to let this keep happening....I fail to understand why my order is always wrong. Never fails. I'm never disappointed about that and never surprised. I should've known there would be something wrong with my order. I gave the food a "3" rating, because it's usually warm, not cold and I like the taste, when I get the right item I ordered. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't order it, and if I liked crescents, I would order them. I throw those chewy things away. Understand? So when I get them, I don't eat them. I say this so you can fully understand what my frustrations are, I put up with the mediocrity of the service in your restraunt, but I after this incident, it's not worth it. I'lll pass. My money is more dear to me than your non-bisquit, non-double ham/egg/cheese for the price of a double/ham/egg/cheese crescent. I am angry, so please excuse the incorrect spelling/grammar used in this note. I am not going to check the article, as you do not check the bag.
Sincerely, Pam Wolfe VERY DISSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER.
