I called 1st and spoke to John he quoted me $139. for brakes. I get there and the guy @ the counter said I would get inspection and rotation free. Then daniel helped me and said that I needed new rotors and brakes front and back. The price went from $139 to over $700. I finally got him down to $458, after I said I would leave. They took 40 minutes and they were done. I drove off and got home my brake and engine started to smoke and I went through a red light. I immediately went back and yelled at them. They never test drove my care and said that the smoking was normal for new brakes and rotors. This was due to the brakes being in plastic. I was still charged on my bill with the inspection and Daniel lied and said I was not. My brake continue to make a loud noise and my front end shakes badly when I excelerate over 60MPH. This never happened before I went there. They tried to pacify me by giving me two free oil changes. I felt I was robbed and decieved. I have to drive 9 hours because of a serious family emergency and this was the reason why I got my brakes done in the first place. I saw him give other people discounted prices and others overinflated. They have no price list and now I must take it to some place else to see if the work was done correctly! I am a struggling grad student and single mom and cannot afford to have any unneccessary repairs and cost. The people there seemed a little shifty, they use bait and switch techniques. When I asked if the tires were rotated the Daniel said No! This was agreed upon whenI got there, because I had a warranty with the tires I purchased in Miami. They seemed if they knew something was wrong. I would not recommend this place what so ever! My next step is to file a complaint with the state if the repairs were not done correctly! By the way Daniel asured me that the repairs were done correctly!
