    Why the bad service?: I've been to the Bennigan's on 192 and have always received excellent service, delicious food. This Bennigan's just was a disappointment. While the decoration is the same as all Bennigan's, the atmosphere was of neglect. The server was polite and friendly, but took a surprisingly long time to take our drink and food order. The restaurant was not full and it was fully staffed, so there was no excuse for such neglect.

    After the order was taken, our party waited 30-40 minutes to get our fairly uncomplicated meal. About 5 minutes before the food arrived, the waiter did apologize for the delay, but did not tell us why it was taking so long.

    While there, I had to use the restroom. Although I have seen more rundown bathrooms in gas stations and clubs, it was definitely not taken care of well.

    After eating, we waited a long time for our server to arrive and offer us our check. We were all happy to leave once we were finished.
