Located just off busy Semoran Boulevard, not far from the airport, Joe's Crab Shack is a fun getaway for singles, couples or families, brimming with good cheer and simple, good cooking.     Visited the location at Lake Buena Vista. The food was good and the service was ok. The servers all dance every hour or so, which is a good thing because it distracts you from asking where your food or drinks are...lol. The host stand seemed to be unorganized, even with a manager, "Sara" helping out. She seemed very unpersonable. She did a round of checking on tables, and hit every one around us except ours. Guess she didn't want to have to deal with any concerns. The food was pretty good for the price and the atmosphere was fun, maybe the management is more friendly at another location.

    The crab legs were dry and chewy! Never will go here again!!

    This is a fun place to eat. We have had great experiences with our meal as well as the service we received, accept for the last two times we went. The food was not that great, however everyone has a down time or two, and we're all aware of the chef in training situation, therefore I would recommend Joe's Crab Shack as a fun family experience as well as decent place to go for seafood, however I would suggest that if you experience any problems with your meal, or your service request to speak with a manager. The management team at Joe's seems to be concerned about customer satisfaction.
