For the amount of money the details aren"t there. We spent most of our time at the parks and the ammenities weren"t used, the customer service was OK in person, but no one seemed to know what was going on. I was given wrong information for almost every question I asked and the sales team for the timeshare made the whole thing totally unworth it. Also, the internet costs and they told me \I had to strip all of my own beds when checking out, after spening over $1000 for a week I felt ripped off. I would not recommend them to anyone ever because they gave me so much bad information and were so rude about it. If you do stay there, choose the towers instead, they are much nicer units. Really though, you could spend your money in many better ways.
The Blue Tree is the best it right across from the entrance of Disney World.i actually brought the condo that I stayed in. So now My family and I can go vacation there anytime we please. The place was very clean and Neat. It had alot of security and activities. Its the best.
Be careful when you call to book this place and get a good price to attend a presentation. We booked for 5 nights and we were booked only for 2 nights with instructions to extend the stay when we get to the Welcome Center. By the way the guy's name is Glen. We were guaranteed that it would not be a problem once we get to WestGate Blue Tree Resort. But as soon as we get there we were told there were no rooms available for us after 2 nights. While when we checked online, anyone can book rooms that we needed. In short, we were scammed (by Glen) hopefully, not under the instructions of David Siegel. It ruined our vacation, having to drive from New Jersey a thousand miles away with 2 kids in tow. You have to worry moving to another place and packing what you have unpacked for 5 nights while trying to enjoy Disneyworld with your kids. Everyone who has done Disney knows that you are dead beat at the end of the day. On the third night arriving from Magic Kingdom, we found our room locked and we were told that we had to check out the following day. This is after we were told earlier that day that we could stay another day. I hope David Siegel knows how his employees scam potential owners or those who go into his WestGate Blue Tree Resort. The so-called 90 minute presentation turned out to be 3 hours although the lady who took care of us was very professional and understanding. We will never stay in any Westgate resorts nor would we recommend it.
We had many of the same problems, even though we exoected the sales pitch it was full of mis information and outright lies. It took forever. Just to end it we accepted the offer to buy a week for future use. We were told that there was no obligation, but at a one hour meeting they set up for me during my vacation without asking and after a nonstop series of problems, I was told to be smarter and read everything I sign by Blake Hurst, manager (liar) extraordaire. They ruined my vacation I feel like it is all a scam. A shame to, because the buildings are nice.
