horrible service, horrible attitudes. I had my car towed here on monday, and after going online to live chat with a rep because i had no phone access tuesday, she told me she worked there and would pass my info along to the service dept and they'd call me when it's completed. thursday i get a call asking if i can sign some paperwork so they can start working on it. START?? The guy was unable to explain why he didn't call me during the three days it sat in the lot, why he didn't talk to that rep I spoke to, and what was even going on with that live chat situation on their website. Later that day the guy (Jamison)told me it needed 4 tires and alignment which i okayed. he said it would be done by mid morning friday at latest. i said i would pick it up friday or monday but have it done by friday. He agreed. Friday 1145 am its not ready. 1, its not ready, the guy finally tells me he didnt say mid morning ( i must be hearing things) and that he cant give me a loaner b/c i towed it there under my warranty. (lets ignore the fact that my car still being there still has to do with the fact that i am BUYING 1200 dollars worth of service and parts from them, which they now sound like they are uncertain they will complete by the given time frame.) I then ask him how long it will take to put everything together? He responds 3 hours, so I said ok 3-4 hrs from now I will come to get it done. and he says, " I will try to get it done by then." No, try is not good for me, I live in orlando, you dont have a loaner, you told me mid morning, I need a commitment of yes or no for friday june 26th. I will TRY. I am not here to argue with you. I thought this guy had a lot of nerve and was extremely rude to talk to me as a customer like this. At which point I reminded him who was purchasing the tires and service and that I am not going to be shuffled around cluelessly for 1 week without a vehicle. So at this point I said, "make a commitment." and then he said I will have it done today. My father bought two cars here and never went back because of the service. My coworker did three bad services in a row and learned his lesson. I am the third to say, "{save your time}!!! " I am not even goingto waste my time talking to the manager. THis place is a disaster and run very disorganized with a huge lack of responsibility for anything said or done.
Very sleezy in the service department. The consultant (Jamison) was offensive, misleading, and rude. Talk about a typical dealership trying to run over a young female and take her for everything she's worth. The damage that occurred to my car was caused as they tried to repair something else, but they refused to take care of it. It was a cosmetic damage that was so simplet to fix, but they went so far as to tell me that I had brought them a vadalized car and they wouldn't entertain the thought of it being their responsibility. Brian T (the manager) wasn't even present through all of this, but he spoke to me so rudely and accused me of trying to scam him. He wouldn't even listen to what I had to tell him. I was appauled with their treatment and lack of integrity, and will NEVER return...nor would I ever subject anyone else to this frustration.
