They have a new owner and I don't trust them! We have had several recent visits there. We are told we need new tires on the next visit (we have tires for life) and then on our next visit we are told we don't need tires. Funny how that happens when they provide the tires. We are looking for another Lexus dealer, even if we have to travel!!!

Don't trust them!: They have new owners. We have been members of their Tires for Life Program, meaning we get all our overpriced service from them. When it was time to replace the tires, they wanted to put generic Sigma tires on the car.
That's hardly dealing in good faith.

Then, while waiting for the car to be serviced, I priced a 1 year old Prius, and the salesman quoted it at $24,000 while their Web Site said $21,900.

They USED to be honest had had integrity. Avoid them like the plague.

Great customer service: I had a dented rim and flat tire on the way. I drove to the dealership, before I even got out of the car there was a service guy there. How can I help you? They fixed my tire and ordered me a new rim same day and changed my oil and serviced my car while I was there! The staff is patient, friendly, and very flexible with your schedule, rental cars, and needs. They even offered me a rental car and I didn't have an appointment. Great.
