User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was extremely upset with the way they handled my mother's viewing. She prepaid but she truely did not get what she paid for. they only dressed her in what we sent and that was it. little makeup was used, no hairdressing was done. No mass cards were there just a book to sign. no bench to kneel on was there either. poor rating
And yet they did a good job on my Dad. We did have to ASK for the kneeling cushion to be bought in. No one should have to ask for that when they are grieving.
