Around 2: 45 on the 16 Nov. 09, I visited your location at 4000 n. Highway1 in Cocoa, Fla. I when inside to pay for the gas($25.00) on my credit card. The attandant swiped my card and I return back to pump the gas. I had to pull my car up a little because the Lady in the back me had a large Van and she was up on my bumper. I return the nossle back to the pump and pull my car up. I began to try and pump the gas but it would not let me. The attendant came to the door yelling in loud and abusive words " You don't known how to pump, did some to the pump and I don't know what it was. You just cancel the pump, what did you do to that pump?" She began to yell and speak to me as though I was a child. She also lied about it would take seven day before this $25.00 would be put back on my card. The supervisor was there and she back up this bad behavior and was afraid to say anything. Please have a look at the camera this will show how she treat people in your establishment. Than she gave me the wrong name and the Manager just didn't do anything but look loss. She gave me the name of Lori, but on the receipt it said Belinda R. This Hess station has some rude people in it. Because you are in a intersection and it is busy dose not give you the right to be just plain nasty. This is not a good image model for Hess. Please look in to this. Thank you There are no receipt in the machines on the out side, you have to walk inside to get a receipt.
