Don't go to this BK establishment! They are the worst! Either they always forget to put something in the take out bag or in my last experience - they didn't give me correct change, shorting me $10!!! I had a terrible migraine and had gone through the drive through and instead of checking my change the girl gave me, I put it in the seat next to me. It was when I got home and went to put the bills in my purse that I noticed that I was short - a lot! When I called from the driveway of my home to complain, I was told to call back after they checked the registers for overage. When I did, it took an hour to get through because they put the phone to the fax machine. I was told by a different manager there was no overage and there was nothing they could do. He was quite nonchalant about it and seemed to care less. I understand some people are dishonest about such things and this has caused management to be wary of such claims. I am a teacher and told him I work very hard for my income, but it is obvious someone at his store is unethical and taking money from customers. I called corporate headquarters several times, but didn't get far with that either. My best advice - don't go to this BK establishment. I told them I was never going to return. I used to work in sales as a teenager and the rule was always, "The customer is always right." What happened to that? In my view, I was treated unfairly and feel the very least the manager could have done would have been to offer me coupons toward a few free meals for future visits. I was partly to blame, true - I have learned my lesson - Never assume the person behind the register is an honest law abiding citizen and don't expect the company to back the customer - count your change before you leave.
