User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI partly agree with the comments below but they still do a pretty good detail for under $30 (for a SUV). The only catch is that you have to do a quick look over at the end and point out the "missed" areas and they are always accomodating to take care of it quickly. So, great customer service even if you have to watchdog the work.

This place used to be fantastic. I had been going there for years and have noticed a steady decline in quality, to now an almost complete lack of detail, and quality.
Now my car leaves with water spots, bugs still on it, and worst of all the leather seat is covered in sweat stains from when they pull the car around. They need to invest in some seat covers.
Inside there are always streak marks on the windshield, streak marks on the radio stack.
Back when it was all young kids that worked there it was amazing with total perfection and detail. Now the demographics of the staff has changed to a regular crew consisting of a much smaller, and older staff who seem pretty clueless as to what it takes to detail a car. I have been watching them each time lately, and never do they take a step back and look at the car and notice all the water spots they are missing, or streaks of fresh water dripping down from rear view mirrors.
Worst of all, they arent busy at all each time I go, you would expect when it is slow that you would get a little more attention.
Save your money and time, I always get the wash wax and shine package for $26 or whatever, and my car gets cleaner running it through the $8 toucheless wash and then giving it a wipe down myself. -
