This place is okay. They only accept cash or check. The food doesn't taste bad, but it's nothing spectacular when compared to other places...not that there's a lot of outstanding Chinese on the beachside, anyhow.

The Lo Mein doesn't look, at all, like every other Chinese restaurant's lo mein noodles. Fortune Cookie's lo mein noodles are flat...more like what you'd see in a Pad Thai order from a Thai restaurant. The taste isn't bad, but I don't know why they don't use the lo mein noodles.

The General Tso's...it's okay, but not very saucy and seems to be fried just a bit too long. The chunks of chicken are on the smaller, popcorn chicken size - not that that's bad if it is what you're used to.

The chicken and broccoli is probably the dish that most closely resembled chicken and broccoli that I've seen before. The taste was not distinctive, with the sauce. It wasn't bad, though I'd call it bland, rather than flavorful.

Overall, it was edible and ok, but it's nothing to write home about. Oh, and two small hot and sour soups (that I didn't order, but that he thought I asked for when I ordered 2 sides of hot sauce), 1 General Tso's, 1 combo Lo Mein, and 1 Chicken and Broccoli cost $30.39.

Go there!: Awesome chinese food... the General Tso's in particular is an amazing dish that has a unique taste that no other place can match. I won't go anywhere else.
