Do yourself a favor. If you haven't tried anything GRILLED at Carrabas please do NOT Write a review. Everything off the grill is outstanding. You have to try the Chicken Bryan. The Chicken Marsala is also head and shoulders above any other chain resteraunt (yes, I am talking about Olive Garden). The bread and herbs are great. My favorite starter is the Mozzarella Marinara. These are not simple cheese sticks folks. The house salad is great also and the Spicy Chicken Soup is amazing. Their steaks are also wonderful and I swear I have been there more times than I can count and I have never gotten a steak that was undercooked (I eat them medium rare). My favorite dish though is not on the menu. I order a Sirloin with he Bryan sauce. You should try it. It is by far the best Italian chain resteraunt I have been to - and I love Italian food so I have tried a bunch.
After 2 previous bad experiences a year ago, we tried again with out-of-town guests because one of their children required a gluten-free menu. I am sorry to say nothing has changed. Service was fine - staff was pleasant - food was AWFUL again and overpriced as well. My veal tasted like cardboard and the sauce was something similar to what I imagine wallpaper paste would taste like. Others in my party could barely eat their selections - very bland yet garlic-laden. The bread was outstanding, however. I think Carrabba's calling themselves an Italian restaurant should be considered false advertising. A restaurant it is, Italian it is not.
Excellent food , service and
