    I had another great meal; a half rack of St. Louis style ribs with sweet potato fries and corn on the cob. I enjoy eating here and have never experienced slow service mentioned in the other review. Everyone serving is very pleasant and the food great. The only concern is that some of the local brews may be not available becuse they are popular and limited.

    I sat at the half-empty bar, figuring that I might receive better service than sitting at a table after reading numerous reviews about their slow service. This did nothing to alleviate the problem. It took one of the two bartenders over ten minutes to take a drink order. I received a beer and a menu. It was another 25 minutes before the bartender checked on me to see if I wanted to order food. I had decided not to eat there at this point. The beer I had was decent, but I cannot justify a return trip due to the terrible service. I observed that the regulars and/or locals received prompt service. I would not recommmend going to this establishment while in the Melbourne area.

    While they make a very good shredded pork sandwich and other smoked food, the thing that sets them apart is their beers. They're brewed in house and there's usually 5-6 availbable on tap. They also carry most popular domestics in bottles, but why have a Bud when you can try something different!
