I tried this with a group from work the other night and we all thought it was great. I don't normally like going out for Italian, so I wasn't expecting to be impressed, but I was. The menu is not terribly extensive, but what they offer is very well prepared. The prices are quite reasonable. We had an appettizer for the table, a bottle of wine, four entrees all with salads, two desserts to split, and an espresso, and the bill was $150 plus tip. Not something I'd do every night, but not a bad deal, either.

Food is wonderful.: One of the best Italian restaurants in my opinion. The food was fantastic. Waiter was handling too many tables so the service was not great. For example, we had to ask for butter or olive oil for our bread. Wine list great and reasonable. This was our second visit to Scampi's and we will definitely return.
