Company Information: Dancing on the tables is encouraged at this popular Greek bistro that is located on the Intracoastal waterway and mixes Middle Eastern music, belly dancing, and napkin throwing for an entertaining time while enjoying your meal. Delicious entrees on the menu include wood fired meats and specialties like spit fired roasted lamb, oak grilled pork loin, and beef shish kebab. They are open nightly for dinner.

   A waste of money. I've been with freinds and family several times. You could have a better time @ home!!!!!!

   Fun place to go with a large group. Don't go if you expect great service though. These people are too busy to give good service. I've been there a few times with friends and family and have had a good time because of the music and people dancing on the tables. The food is OK and the drinks are overprized. Final word... Fun to drink and dance when your main interest isn't eating.

   This a big Party! 2 thumbs up FUN: Food is oh so Yum! Taverna Opa is throwing a party, if you don't know how to have fun do bother to go. Our waiter was as attentive as he could be in the midst of all the jammed pack FUN. Beware of happy couples and belly dancers dancing on tables, and waiters pouring straight shots down your throat. I saw several people bust their ass and love every second and back up on the table again. Great DJ that mixes it up. If you can't afford to spend too much, watch your tab, they make sure you are having so much fun you are oblivious to how much you're spending. If you have a celebration, they give you a $25pp price tag to bring you all the best from the kitchen and they fill the table with all the most delectable dishes. Great place to take your out of town guests for a night they will not soon forget!
   As for the previous reviewer with nothing good to say. Poppycock some people don't know how to let their hair down and have FUN.***If you want the food with out the party drive a little further North on A1A to Giorgio's Bakery (same owners equally good food) and intracoastal dining.
