When to Mama Mia Sunday, 8/1/10, we were one of the first customer. As you enter, the place had an awful smill, the table we were sat wasn't thoroughly clean, had crumbs. The salad plate I received had a ring of dirt. I was a guess, hence, did not want to make a big scene. The waiter was very unattentive - took our order and then didn't hear from him until we called him to bring the dessert menu. I was very disappointed with the service, the food and the appearance of the place. This was my first and will be my last visit.

MY FAMILY DECIDED TO TREAT ME OUT FOR FATHERS DAY. THEY MADE RESERVATIONS AT AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT WE HAD HEARD ABOUT BUT HAVE NEVER GONE TO. MAMA MIA'S IS DEFINITELY A GEM. WE STARTED WITH A COUPLE OF APPETIZERS, THE SHRIMP AND CALAMARI PALERMO WAS SO GOOD, FRESH AND UNIQUE. THE FRIED MOZZARELLA WAS ALSO EXELLENT WITH A FRESH MARINARA SAUCE FOR DIPPING. OUR ENTREES INCLUDED A SPECIAL OF THE DAY, 2LB MAINE LOBSTER OREGANATO, WHICH WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION. MY SON HAD A RIBEYE STEAK, ALSO A SPECIAL OF THE DAY, TOPPED WITH SOME KIND OF COGNAC SAUCE. THE VEAL PARMIGIANO, SUGGESTED BY OUR SERVER, WAS LIKE NOTHING I EVER SAW BEFORE. HUGE PORTION AND I BELIEVE IT WAS A VEAL CHOP THAT HAD BEEN BUTTERFLIED AND POUNDED THIN, TOPPED WITH A FRESH MOZZARELLA AND THAT GREAT TASTING MARINARA SAUCE. WE HAVE FOUND A GREAT PLACE WITH QUALITY SERVICE AND EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE PRICES
