I purchased a memory foam mattress for arund $2,000. and after a few months the mattress began to sag and the material is all bunched up. They finally sent a repair man who came and took a bunch of pictures and then they told me that there was nothing wrong. A blind man can see what is wrong with the mattress, plus after a few months it felt like a mattress that had been slept in for years. I still owe $600 on this piece of crap and do not want to pay it off but Wells Fargo Bank has been harrassing me every day.
