Hair in the Tropics is the place to go to be treated like a star! The salon alone is so warm and inviting, then the staff makes it even better with all their "know how", and just when you think it can't get better, it does. They not only style hair they do manicures, and have a tanning bed. So why have just anyone do your hair? Go to Hair in the Tropics and leave like the paparazzi is outside they door. This salon is Amazing:)

I just got married June 10,2009 and Hair in the Tropics was the best salon I have ever been to. They were all so nice and accommodating. The entire staff treated me like I was someone they had known. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun! The salon is beautifully designed. I had my nails, hair and makeup done at the salon and was pleased with everything. My makeup was perfect for me and was done quickly but extremely professional and perfect. If you are getting married or visiting Key Largo- you have to stop in the Hair in the Tropics salon.

I went to Hair in the Tropics for my wedding up-do and I was amazed at the transformation in myself. All of the staff was friendly, courteous, and seemed like they honestly cared. Shay, the owner, has a wonderfully refreshing eccentricity about her and the work she does is pure GENIUS! I am fairly laid back and usually go for a more natural look, Shay was able to take my personality and create a more glamorous version of ME, that truly made me feel like a princess for the day. I highly recommend Hair in the Tropics, they are the type of salon that listens to and sees who their clients really are and then customizes their services to meet the needs of the client. From my experience, it is rare to find a salon that cares enough to treat each client as an individual instead of the typical cookie cutter service.
