worse experience , when i first walked in a lady was very nice to me until i started asking questions , then she became very rude , i felt very uncomfortable all i was doing was asking some questions before i spend my money . she did not know what she was talking about and made it seem like i was the idiot . the owner or manager was just as rude when he came . bad service i will never go there again .

I had a great experience! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My lawn mower was ready in just a few days and was running better than it ever had before. As a woman I appreciated their honesty and the time they took to explain to me what was really wrong with my machine. I was recommended to Degen’s by a neighbor and I am glad I took the advice. They are a family run business and it shows. The attention I got surpassed any sales rep. at Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I didn't appreciate the day I went to this place after purchasing a mower for almost 5,000 dollars and needed a little help. I'm pretty sure they were busy but it wouldn't have taken to much of your time to stop for five minutes to answer my concerns I had over certain little problems I was experiencing.I could not afford to leave the mower with them for a couple of days, so i needed a few (2) questions answered. I feel I was brushed off rudely. For that reason I have not purchased any more units from them nor have i taken my mower for service.-Sorry- for the bad rep but i think you deserve it...
