This place shouldn't be recommended!: If you are going here because you got a letter in the mail to go to a Children's and Families Department, please go to another that knows what they are doing. I got a letter in the mail to go to finish my application for Medicare but when I arrived at this located I was told that filling out this one sheet of paper was all I had to do. I did what I was told and for that, a month later was mailed a denied letter of approval for Medicare because I supposeably did not go. Seems like they don't have a clue to what they are doing. Now I have to go back and appeal with minimal proof that I was there before, in order to get my Medicare taken care of. I was very disappointed in the service and how just because I did what I was told to do because they are the ones that should know what to do, I get a bad consequence. What a great place right, NOT!
