OK the drive threw girl was TALKING not to us through to intercom but to friends and just chattin and laughin and then on her time asks how can i help you, let me rephrase that I believe it was "what can i get you"? And we sat there sayin "hellllo"...for about 2-3minutes. Then our Food was completely made wrong, and we got charged for items on our bill they didn't even give us. I called to tell someone of the mistake and they put me on hold for over a half an hour because they layed down the phone and just kept working not even notifying the manager I was waiting on the phone. I sat and listened to them for over a half an hour! UGGGH! Just rediculous! They don't deserve service!

This is a joke!!! I was going to go through the drive through but it was packed! So I went in and was the only customer there, I was in there for 16 minutes!!!And the order was not what I asked for! (This happens almost all the time I go here). So I go back in to get the correct order and what do I see? 7 Employee's playing around including the Manager while the drive through was still packed! Whats going on people!!!
