We have been established for over 30 years and is recognized as one of the oldest schools in South Florida. We offer Martial Arts classes for Adults & Children & an Exceptional After School Program: Our Adult Classes extends beyond the study of techniques for self-defense, but rather unifying our physical and mental prowess through diligent practice. Aikido is not only about martial arts, but also stress relief, meditation in movement, healthy minds, healthy bodies, building friendships & strengthening families. Our dojo highly emphasizes etiquette and discipline in a traditional inviting environment in hopes of integrating these skills into the practitioner's everyday life. Martial arts for Kids: Our philosophy for teaching children is to develop each child's own natural sense of self-worth through diligent training and discipline. Children are naturally full of energy. Our responsibility is to develop all aspects of their character, enhancing their abilities to interact with others and learn conflict resolution, tools far more important and necessary as they mature and begin to make choices on their own. In addition to regular scheduled classes, we offer Summer Camps, Spring Camps and Day Camps for Kids available to kids ages 5-15.
