The food was excellnet, the service was exceptional. Two oddities were the complete lack of atmosphere---looks like the oak/fern bars of the 70s and the manager takes your check, not the server. Seems as though he does not trust his employees.

Still food was good. I would only recommend this place if you ran out of other great places--there are many in this area.

NEW ITEM ON THE MENU.......FABULOUS ASK FOR IT. IT IS FLAN. AWESOME. ALMOST WISHED I WOULD HAVE HAD THAT FOR DINNER. DINNER WAS ALSO GREAT. I WILL BE SURE TO HAVE THAT EVERYTIME I GO. TASTED LIKE HOMEMADE. BEST DESSERT ON THEIR MENU. DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR IT.

Best Honeymoon Meal EVER: On our honeymoon we traveled to Key Largo and stayed at the Grande Resort (5 stars also). The food was Excellent. We tried the smoked fish dip and the flavor or the fish, capers, etc exploded in our mouth, they also served Crab Stuffed Chicken Breast which was robust and Huge. The menu wasnt the largest ever but the hardest part of the experience was choosing which item to eat on the menu. The owner and staff are warm and gracious. Please go there if youre ever in the area. You wont be dissappointed. We were back two days later for another round of the fish dip that we craved constantly. While there the second time we ordered their chicken wings...we are from Missouri, so trust me, we know hot wings but these wings were SO Large we couldnt even finish an order of 10!
