My van which is only one year old had 17,000 miles. It started to shake uncontrolably under braking. I went directly to a dealer but they wouldnt give me free estimate even thou i paid $22,000 for it year ago. The service advisor explained that they will not cover it under warranty. they pay mechanic $20+/hr, so even if he takes 2hrs that's peanuts to keep me as a future customer. I agree place looks pretty from outside, but they will not be able to keep it for long like that if they turn customers away.

World Ford gave me the worst customer service that I have ever had. The salesman lied to me. Which lead me to get the standard model instead of the GT. I had many problems with the car such as, the exhaust sytstem almost fell out of the car onto the street (the whole thing), the trunk leaked, the air conditioner broke, the air conditioner vent switcher broke and the windows leaked air and water. They would not fix one of my problems unless I was there to drop it off at 7am. Which I couldn't do because of work. Even at 8am and 9am without one single car in their service bay they still would not even look at it. I had to go to another dealership to get my car fixed. I asked for the manager each time (he wasn't there) so the asst. mgr. said the owner was there and he would get her. Each time I waited over an hour for her, asking many times what was going on and all employees that I talked to blew me off or acted like they were going to talk to her then split around the corner. Seven times for sure I knew she was told I was their and she came down not once. Don't ever buy a car here, the story is even uglier but I don't want to make it to long. Mike
