This is ridiculous! My mom left her grand daughter's birthday party and went to Walmart to by syurp for the snow cone machine. After searching and was unable to find it, she asked several different employees for assistance whom all directed her to different areas of the store. 30mins later I called the store and asked where it was located and the young lady on the phone thold me she didnt know and didnt offer any assistance. I called back and was told to tell my mom to try houseware, called again and asked to speak to a manager, finally she said she would send someone to the department. That person never showed. I told my mom to goto customer service and ask to have someone escort her to the syurp . Finally she got an escort and they didnt even have any syrup...lol UGH!!! What a waist of birthday time!

Unfortunately I frequent this walmartbut not because I want to because other then bj's there is no where else to go. Since the last remodeling its a bit better the customer service is disgusting cashiers who have potty mouths and there butt crack hangin out I dont want to see that. Floor employees with saggy pants and attitudes. managers are no better they will tell you off and do the exact same things the employees do. Not to mention some of the staff on the floor and what not dont even speak english.
