User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had a my a/c break down in the middle of the summer, on a friday afternoon, and late in the evening at that. I called Houston Air and I have to say I was suprised. Crystal in the office was great she answered all my questions, and had a tech out within the hour. Aaron came out and worked on it and got it up and running again, but let me know I needed to replace the system soon. I agreed and he had Rod the service manager call me first thing Monday morning. They had my new system in and running by Thursday. The installers were wonderful, and took great pride in their work. They left nothing for me to clean up, or worry with for that matter.The staff and crew at Houston are A+, and I would recommend them to everyone.
