User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCalled several times on a Friday between 4 and 5 and then again Saturday morning after 8:30. At least 8 times and nobody ever answered the phone - not even an answering machine! Are we paying you guys to much? Aren't you scared to lose your job? These days there must be a bunch of people waiting in line to do a better job.

Very true, why have a number to call if no one will pick up... not even a answering service? Plus this post office location dose not have adiquit parking for its customers... makes you want to go postal!

Hopefully this is not the case - I had purchased an item an had it shipped from Hollywood, Fl to Aurora, IL on 10/03 and it is now 10/16 and the package has yet to arrive. This is pathethic, I could of crawled to Florida with my fat sister on my back and got the item quicker.

WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST HOUR AND IT RINGS LIKE THE BELLS OF JINGLE BELLS THA T'S CRAZY. IT'S SO MANY PEOPLE OUT OF WORK AND THE ONE'S THAT HAVE THEM DON'T APPRECIATE IT.
