User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBurger King has been running the $1 double cheeseburger commercials on tv. Went there today cost $7 for two. These burgers are not worth $3.50 each. Feel like i was duped. I dont recommend this particular establishment at this location.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe will not go back while she is still their.: I went by the drive thru on my lunch time @ 12:15pm I asked for a chicken sandwich no lettuce and a whopper, the chicken sandwich was very old it was soggy, I asked the for a new sandwich and as I was waiting (I thought) a lady came to the window(the manager a chinese lady) and said "What are you waiting for to my husband? he said for my chicken sandwich, she said you already have your sandwich I explained to her and she left and came back and said here is your money "Get out of here! my husband would not take the money and she then threw the money in his face and closed the window. We went inside and she would not even talk to us or apologize to us saying she was going to call the police. I cannot believe that Burger King has a person like that working under the capacity of a manager it is really giving a bad name to Burger King, I have always liked and enjoyed going to Burger King with my family and never in all my years have I or my family been treated like that. She is very unprofessional and very nasty to customers and she probably treats the other employees the same way. I have also heard from other people about this manager in this Burger King located in US Highway in Key West, Florida. Something needs to speak to her.
