I am a local 43 yo female who recently bought a 2007 vehicle from Niles. I admit I fell in love with the superficial aspect of the vehicle so much so that I neglected to notice that the tires were worn and there was a chip in the windshield, which my husband reported the very next day. He was at work, which is why I bought the car myself as a surprise for him. I did'nt haggle the sticker price and drove off happily with my car. We hoped that Mr. Niles and staff would understand that this was an oversight on my behalf and negotiate to have new tires and the windshield fixed or replaced, especially given their statement of customer service being number one. Thus far, the senior staff have failed to provide any kind of compensation other than for us to pay for the replaced items. I undestand fully my contratual obligations, however, given the fact that I am local and not skilled in tire technology, and as wealthy as Mr. Niles is, I feel it's the very least he could do, after all, I bet his wife wont be driving on barely legal worn out tires. All we're asking here is for a little compassion, understanding and top notch customer service & integrity, like when we bouht the vehicle.
Talk about mediocre: I feel that Niles is just average. I feel that the salespeople are very pushy, badly dressed, and slightly obnoxious. The only good thing is that they're friendly. They're not even really helpful!
