User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going down to Key West since birth. We make the drive from Ohio to Key West on a yearly basis and we have always made sure we stop at Herbies! It might look like a little shack but it has the best food ever! Shrimps as long as your head and conch fritters I crave. Also try out the conch chowder. I can't say enough great things about this family favorite.

Herbie's continues to rock, with outstanding customer service, along with great food! My boyfriend the trucker found out an hour ago that he was going to Key West. I called Herbie's for 2 gallons of conch chowder to be picked up tomorrow. Rebecca found the cook, confirmed it could happen, and said it would be ready to pick up before 4 pm tomorrow. But wait, there's more. They only take cash, so they're gonna trust us for an order over a hundred bucks. I miss Marathon, and hate Orlando more.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDon't let the appearance hold you back. All of these reviews are spot on. The sautaued mahi mahi was fantastic. The conch fritters taste great (and I don't even like fried food). Beer was only $1.50 and the people next to us were extremely impressed as well. If youre heading down to key west; go ahead and mapquest it and stop by. You definately won't regret it. RLL

Is Herbies a little whitewashed shack with tables in one section and then go outside and through another door where there are a few picnic tables and small tables, right side of US 1 just before 7 mile bridge????
