User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJuly 15, 2009, ordered take out pizza, cheese, pepperoni, & mushrooms, the worst I have ever had, 1) too much oregano 2) I ordered thin crust, the crust was soggy and burned. the taste was horrible and half of it went into the garbage. I would not recommend the Bella Roma's, Coconut Creek, Fl. to anyone.

The best pizza around. Quality fresh ingredients not like the typical processed chain places. Got to try the stromboli-highly recommend it. Great friendly service and quick delivery times. I highly recommend this place to you and all my friends.

We were long time customers of Bella for many years. We gave them our birthday business, take out, dine in, and got all of our freinds to order from them. We ordered a dinner selection and a pizza one night to be delivered and after an hour the entire order was wrong, No problem we'll give them a pass, call and straighten it right out. Not so easy. My wife called to tell them and the gentleman on the line was rude and wouldn't even let her finish talking before he hung up on her. She was furious so I called back and asked to speak to the manager and a young lady said the manager is not here, so I said ok let me speak to the young man who just hung up on my wife, so he got on the phone and started doing the same thing with me and to my suprise he identified himself as the owner. He still wouldn't let me finish and was just plain rude to me. I said I would just like you to send me my money back which came an hour later. It is beyond me how this arrogant owner can be so blind to the state of our economy, just blindly letting business go by the wayside when all he had to do in the first place say sorry we'll get you out what you ordered. I don't know about any of you but money is tight for us now and ordering take out has gone from just another Saturday night a year ago to a liitle luxury in these times, I pledged to do whatever I can to make sure someone else doesn't have to waste their time and money. For the same quality food in Coconut Creek and STELLAR service, go to Lorenzo's instead. Tell Frankie and Joey we sent you.

Are you serious? First off how stupid are you to say âWe were long time customers of Bella Roma for many yearsâ Then you talk about this young guy that was rude on the phone. Then you go on about âIt is beyond me how this arrogant owner can be so blind to the state of our economyâ. You have been going there for years, and donât even know whom the owner is? . Just for the record, only know the owner from talking to him a few times. He is great guy, and defiantly not the guy you talked to. My comment for you is this. You are probably one of those negative people that never see the good in anything. You go to a restaurant for years, and probably never took the time to write a good comment. Then when you have a bad day you write a bad comment. Would you throw your kids to the curb the first time they disappointed you? From reading your comment you probably would. If you had a bad experience, it was probably someone new working there that messed up. It happens. If he was as bad as you say, he was probably fired by now. How can you put down a restaurant you have been going to for years because of one incident? I go there all the time. And I can tell you the food is great, and people are also great. I could also tell you that during dinnertime they are really busy. For a small place they do great. The food is great! Iâm Italian, and for me to say the food is great means something. I recommend Bella Roma all the time. I love everything I eat there!
