I have to agree that normally going to a dealership service dept. is like going to a dentist, but not here. I have never in over 30 years of buying cars every had such great experiences as I have had with this service dept. They honor appointments like clockwork even when busy, they are courteous and most of all caring. I have a 2008 Sebring convertible that is definitely design-impaired as far as the top mechanism. I have had two very inconvenient incidences of the top malfunctioning in mid air. The first time I brought it in they had repaired it in 4 hours and this second time, the service person came to my home (within 1/2 hour) to lower the top so I could drive it, then met me at the dealership where all the paperwork was waiting, a loaner was arranged and I was out of there in 20 minutes.
In conclusion, I have told others about this place and those that have used them have been just as pleased, so I think we have a real 'find' here.
I hope that they keep up this excellent level of service, because they have taken one very upset and aggravated customer and made him at least comfortable.
Just like going to the dentist: It is all cool to see Dan Marino on the commercial, but wait until you get on the field of the parking lot. You are told everything you want to hear on the phone and the internet. When you get there. They don't have the vin number you are looking for. All they have is the upper models that they are trying to push.
Now here is the dentist part. People who work at the dentist office get discounts on the smallest amount of work. You can only get employee discounts at this dealership on the high end vehicles.
And what is up with a greeter, that takes you to a salesperson for your information to take it to the manager that makes the decision behind the glass.
That is like Dorothy meeting everyone in emerald city to meet the doorman to meet the wizard behind the curtain.
