   very nice area: The price is excellent along with the location also. The only thing is that the carpet is kind of dirty. But the service is excellent.

   I can't wait to go back: Everything was PERFECT. The location is GREAT. There's a 7-11 next door. You dont have to get in your car and drive. Its in walking distance. Everyone delivers there. I went there just to get away for the weekend. Its quiet and peaceful. I wish I could stay there.

   Worth every penny: Visiting SE Florida in prime season isn't particularly affordable. I saw the cheapest SE Florida Best Westerns starting at $139, Holiday Inns starting at $159, Hampton Inns starting at $169, and Super 8's at $99. So I was happy to find this Studio 6 for only $71/night (January).
   
   I picked this location due to the kitchenette, safe neighborhood, and very reasonable rates. They only clean the room twice per week but that is the extended stay. Surprisingly nice rooms and facility. Laundry on site. Easy access to grocery stores and freeways. All around a surprisingly pleasant experience. It isn't the Ritz Carlton but then again, it isn't what you would expect from a Motel 6 owned company.
   
   Be prepared to pay $1.00 tolls to head east unless you want to take the major local roads instead. About 3 miles from 2 different Publix grocery stores. Gas station borders the property. No high speed internet access.
