User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsalways busy and parking's not easy: I always park on the street next to the building (bring your quarters, the meter people are ruthless). The parking lot is always full and not easy access, there is usually someone sitting in the middle of the lot waiting for a spot to open. Once your in there is always a line but it moves fairly quickly.
