User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've stayed at other hotels in Miami before and this one was quite a treat. The rooms were clean and new, as if they had just been remodeled. The view I had was fantastic of the Venetian causeway and cruise port. The entrance to the hotel truly is "grand", looks like a typical NYC $500 per night deal, but at less than half that price. The only thing I would consider a bit on the pricey side is the $30 valet parking fee per day, but you'd expect the same in other big cities like NYC, Chicago and San Francisco; yet considering with the vast array of things downtown Miami and the beach has to offer, this is definitely a A+ recommend. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

I have never experienced such poor, awful, and inconsiderate service in my life!! I had overnight flowers to my best friend during time of her hardship, flowers were not delivered to my best friend or was even mentioned that there was any deliveries for her from the front desk. I had to track down the package at 10:40pm and come to find out that an employee in your hotel by the name of ANGELA JONES had signed off the package at 4:08pm. I then called the hotel and spoke directly to Angela who stated that she is not responsible for delivering the package to the customer. Flowers had been sitting at the front desk for almost 7 hours! If I had not call my best friend she would have left the hotel without any flowers the next day. :( I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsUpscale, but be aware of charges: I got a good deal on the hotel, but when I booked the hotel, they neglected to let me know that parking was $20 per night, and there was a $7 "resort fee" per night.
