User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is great!!! The people at this hotel were fantastic right down to the housekeepers. Extremely friendly. After arriving from our delayed flight, my girlfriend and I were checked in by Jennifer at the front desk who was very polite, warm, and welcoming. She had welcomed us to Miami and asked how our flight was. Me, being the type who will complain about poor service told her that we had to waste an extra 2 hours in the airport because they couldn't get the walkway to the plane to work. She obliged and told us that was glad we were staying and told us if we need anything they were here to help. After arriving to our room which was incredible and had a wonderful view, we were greeted by a knock on the door. Room service had brought us a bottle of wine and fresh fruit and a card from the front desk. The card appoligized for the delay in our flight(which was in no way the fault of the hotel, it was US Airways), and welcomed us to Miami and was signed by Jennifer. Now just the fact that she cared enough to listen to me whine about our flight said alot but the fact that she sent us a card and gifts just goes well above and beyond customer service. After reading many reviews about the service in Miami (mostly negative) I was blown away that someone could be so genuinely caring about their guests. Everything about that hotel was perfect, there was not a single thing missing at this place. I noticed the way other guests were treated and they treat everyone the same, like a member of their own family. I can assure you we will be staying there on all of our future trips to SoBe. This place is perfect. While in SoBe we were able to check out their competing hotels, Ritz, Royal Palms, ect and none of them were as inviting. The Loews has a wonderful pool area and private gated access to the beach. Just an all around perfect place. I am not the type of person who writes reviews, good or bad, but I was floored by the outstanding service and wonderful people and have to give them credit. All around perfection.

Just came back from memorial day 09
It was the best stay ever better than any of the surrounding hotels
I give it 2 thumbs up! cant wait to go back next year!!!!
