DELICIOUS: The food was great, plenty of different choices. The music is wonderful. NO KIDDING, THE BEST SKIRT STEAK I HAVE EVER EATEN WAS FROM HERE.
Great menu and ambiance: We ate outside at the sidewalk cafe, but you could still hear the live jazz music from upstairs. I started out with a French onion soup, which was awesome. I took a taste of the hummus platter that one of my friends got. My other friend got the French onion also. For an entree, I had the blackened Mahi Mahi, which was better than I expected. The "blackening" I thought would be spicy Cajun type; but it was not, it was sweet and delicious. It was served with linguine with a white wine cream sauce, which wasperfect with it cause it did not take away from the fish at all. That filled me up, but I had to try the brownie sundae dessert and shared it with my friends. It was HUGE, looked like a 3 masted schooner with 3 columns of ice cream and whipped cream with very very warm chocolate sauce over good sized brownies. Now that Im home, I have to find some Mahi Mahi and try to recreate that taste it was soo good.
Popular hangout, popular location: My husband and I stopped here for drinks. It is on popular Lincoln street in South Beach. The tables are close together and almost all full on a Sunday afternoon. We had cocktails at a table underneath an umbrella. Drinks were good ($8 each) and our waiter was very nice. I don't know about the food, but a table next to us had a chocolate souffle that looked very enticing. I'd rate this a 7 1/2 out of 10.
