OMG! WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!
I First get off my car and decided to pay via "Self-service" the computer gives me a confirmation to go ahead and lift the pump...i keep pressing down the pump and no gas comes out! ..I head inside to explain and she says "No mija eso no funciona" then she request my id and debit card and ask me to go ahead and try it again.
Well, nothing comes out of the pump ! and I head back to the cashier and tell her to help me out to see what's wrong. She replies "WELL, YOU ARE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT" and I said : after waiting for 15, walking back and forth you tell me to wait?
I requested to speak to the manager to tell him know that there are no signs on the pump saying "PLEASE PAY INSIDE" and to express the rudeness of the cashier (BY THE WAY, HER NAME IS INGRID, and sadly she is an assistant manager)
She refused to give me the manager's number until the other cashier was so kind to give it to me.
I will sure call on monday to speak to the manager and I WILL SURE NEVER RETURN TO THAT GAS STATION"
Customer service is so bad in Miami Beach!
I agree with the previous poster's comment regarding the lack of receipt paper in the pumps.
Additionally, they almost always run out of cups, lids, and cream for your coffee in the morning. The customer service behind the counter leaves alot to be desired. Half of the time the counter personnel do not even know how to properly operate their registers, let alone the gas pumps...
I do not go there as often, even though they are closer to my home...
Never a reciept: They often let the paper run out at the pump so you are forced to go inside and wait on line so you compulsivly shop. So if you are in a hurry don't go there.
