User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is a joke. I have never experienced such rude service as I did with the front desk person at 11 am on 9/14/09. He was unprofessional and truly a low class disgruntled employee. I would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsComfort: I really enjoyed this hotel. I love the fact that you can have a room with a bedroom. There is a tv and stereo in the room and bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. They provide you with robes and a closet. I had steak at their restaurant and it was perfect. The service was great. It was cozy and comfortable. I loved my stay there.

Beautiful stylish luxury hotel: I had a very good time at tha Astor hotel Miami Beach, and enjoyed the beautiful design, the very dedicated staff, and right in the heart of South Beach. I had a blast there.
