Company Information: Located in an alcove off the main lobby of the Delano , the eat-in kitchen of Blue Sea is the ultimate dining experience. Blue Sea is the most famous sushi bar in Miami. It boasts of a vast selection of seafood and sushi and at night, Asian fusion cuisine. The restaurant seats 18 at one single long table but also reserves a hidden table for two behind this long table. The casual atmosphere here is accompanied by great service.
