| About: | At Nikki Beach Club, padded sun beds piled high with pillows sit on the sand beside white tepees. Slated as the hippest beach club on South Beach, it is Miami's answer to the Playboy Mansion. The club attracts the wealthy and beautiful from around the globe. At night, the pace picks up with DJ's spinning tracks and the hut-like bars begin serving cocktails like there is no tomorrow. The party is held outdoors in a beautiful garden area, which expands out directly onto the beach. Light food is also available. The club is both a first rate restaurant, as well as a nightclub, but don't worry if you can't get past the front door. Few do, unless you own a Ferrari! |

VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO TAKE A FEW CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES! DON'T EVEN TRY CALLING BECAUSE THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I just came back from Nikki Beach and the service was terrible, the ambiance is really nice and the beach is awesome, but I went with a friend and it was our first time there, we had the Sunday brunch, outr waitress rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water, then she made such a big deal for splitting the check, she said it "was going to be harder for her". We had breakfast, (which by the way the guy that made my omelet was on his cell phone and had me standing there for 10 mins to make a simple omelet, he was too busy on the phone). The waitress didn't offer to refill our cups, then we went to the beach and came back after a while to get some fruit, we asked if we could sit anywhere, and a very RUDE waitress told us "when did you get your wristbands? who gave them to you? who was your server you can't just sit wherever you want!" we had simply asked if it was ok to sit there, then we asked our server and she said she didn't have any tables available, when there was tons of other tables but since they weren't her table we couldn't sit, so she said we could sit at a reserved table but if the ppl came we had to get up. She never asked us if we wanted something to drink, so my friend got up to ask for some water at the bar and the rude bartender rolled her eyes at my friend and gave her a cup of water. I understand you work for tips but do you have to be that rude! we felt very uncomfortable, like if we were bothering the servers who charge you 18% gratuity when they don't even do anything cuz it's a buffet you serve yourself!!! She got $12 from us for just bringing us water, this is ridiculous and then not even offering us anything else to drink because we had asked for water, unless you have money to give away you should go to Nikki Beach, otherwise just pass by it and go the beach, the sand it really nice and there aren't any rocks and the water is beautiful. I was very disappointed with the service at Nikki Beach.
It was the best place I visited in Miami and I can't wait to go there again. I went there for lunch and the food was great, the people who worked there were so friendly, and most of all the atmosphere was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this place. My server was Marian and she was such a doll. My friend and I had to take pictures with her because she was the best server we ever had...and I work in the restaurant business in Chicago.
