Dr. Starke received her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, then graduated with her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, where she was honored to be chief resident. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Starke is also a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
