US Post Office

This post office is a joke. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and could care less if there are 20+ people in line. Actually, I think they enjoy it when people get aggravated due to their incompetence. They average about 1 customer every 5 min. Pathetic. The manager is no better...if he is even there. Once I watited 45min with only 12 people in front of me. It sounded like a birthday party was going on in the back room with 20 people, yelling and having fun, all while only one was working up front. As I finally got near the counter (2 people back), the clerk's shift was over, so he left the front desk...UNATTENDED! He said "sorry, but I have to go to the bank!" No one came out for a solid 10 minutes. I then left and went to UPS and paid double but was in and out in 5 min. Never again will I go there. Only in Miami, and only at this infuriating establishment. I use the post office on Miracle Mile...great staff, never crowded. God forbid I have a package to pick up...I'm willing to let it rot before I go back to this place. It should be leveled and all employees shoud be fired. Too bad I can't give a negative rating here. I HAD to give one star, otherwise, I couldn't post.

I needed to pick up a certified letter from this branch on my lunch hour there were 15 to 20 people in front of me I stood there for 20 min. there was one person handling everthing I asked him if he could get any help He told me to see the manager I knocked on the door there was no answer Thats how my lunch hour wen't at the post office I still don't have the letter As far as i'm conserned I will never go there agin
