User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am sure most knowledgeable people on this site already knew this but beware. This place is the most over priced service dealer in Miami. $45 PER TIRE to mount a tire! Thats more than a truck tire mounted and balanced! $150 for 2 hours labor to install a drive belt that takes 10 minutes with a clutch puller. I will never go back there and recommend everyone steer clear! Beware everyone! Take your business to Rick Case!

They have the worst service. The people are rude and very unhelpful. I'll drive to Ft. Lauderdale, Rick Case if I need anything for my bike. At least there the people are friendly and very helpful it's worth driving to from MIA.

Thats weird, I went there and I felt like they had the best service in miami. I went in looking for gear, because i was planning on buying a bike out of the trader, and I ended up leaving with FREE gear, and a used VT750 for a great price. Plus, they showed me around the dealership, introduced me to managers... i have to say I disagree with you... i don't want to drive for over 30 minutes to Rick Case when i get a good thing in my home town. Just my 2 cents.
I have mixed feelings on the service over there. When I went to buy my first bike it was good, then I traded that bike in for a 2nd bike a VTX1300C I got a good deal. The only thing they don't tell you is to make sure that you always cancel your gap insurance when you do a trade that is your money and you should get it back. In addition, when I got the deal it was 0 payments 0 interest for 6 months they wanted me to pay that with my first payment, when I told them no they understood and it was all good. the one thing I love about them is they always deliver my bike when I need to get it home and at no charge.
