Wow. Andres and Fernando continue to impress. Quality Auto Repair is an auto repair facility with a friendly atmosphere. These financial times call for maintaining a vehicle more than ever. Andres and his family have offered me money saving advice on used parts, tires and brakes in the past. But Friday they went over and above what is considered normal. While performing simple service on my vehicle, they discovered what I already knew to be true. I needed a new battery. Owing to a smash and grab burglary of my vehicle a month previous, the entire contents of my glove compartment were stolen, including the receipt for the battery and all my other service records. They called, told me that there was a chance that the battery was covered under the 24 month warranty. Since the battery rep would not be in the Miami area until Monday, the good people at Quality volunteered to put a battery in my vehicle free of charge. Now, I trust implicitly the character and professionalism of the family and staff, but to be shown the same trust ( I could conceivably drive off and not return with a new battery in my vehicle, free of charge ) elevated me to be considered family as well. And for that, I am grateful and proud. Thanks again to the Brusco family for a job well done.
