Madame's is great!: We went to Madame's a few weeks ago, dressed en femme of course. It was a quiet night but the show was continuous and enthusiastic. We felt welcome and loved. we'll go back!

Very funny, very expensive, great place to celebra: Madame's shows were very entertaining. The wait staff are the performers and thankfully they perform far better than they serve! Order 2 drinks at a time, service is slow. Cost is quite high, but you expect that; it might be less offensive to large groups to get charged a flat cover fee instead of the group trying to make sure they spend the $25 per person minimum. Dinners are $48 each, drinks are $9 each, appetizers $13 each. I'd rather pay a $15 cover and have the prices more reasonable. The crab cake appetizer was excellent, and all food was well rec'd by the bachelorette party (we had a group of 18). We were shoved off onto the side, and from my viewpoint in the back of the alcove I would not see the entire show. Although the bride's mother phoned 8x, they cancelled our reservation because she hadn't called to confirm the week before the party. So I think we were an afterthought! The entertainers were very funny and poked fun at all the patrons. I am taking my grandmother, mom, mother-in-law, and sister back there for the show (plus a large wallet I guess!!). I thought the entertainment would be continuous, but they have an entertainer every 45 minutes or so. Good fun, very expensive, will go again!

Madame's is a drag.. literally: I've been to Madame's 3 times now; always with different people who have never been there before. While they deliver drag shows as promised, I have to label it a tourist trap - the prices are outrageous, the service is dreadfully slow, and the show is basically the same act every time. If you're looking for somewhere to take your friends from Cleveland, it's not bad.. just overpriced and predictable. In all fairness, the show is professional, the food is good, and the servers are friendly. Think of this as the Jungle Queen.. with less Jungle and more Queen. Strictly for the tourists!!
(side note: If you're thinking of attending 'en femme', don't. The divas don't seem to like competition. If you don't know what en femme means, you won't have a problem!)
